Christmas on Morningside

We've really been enjoying this holiday season! We do not feel terribly stressed, in fact, we feel relaxed and rested. We're grateful for the time we've had to reflect on the meaning of the season that is Jesus Christ coming to earth for us. We're also grateful for the many Christmasy events we've been able to attend to celebrate this joyous holiday... to name a few, Christmas Extravaganza 2010 (where we watched the Hokies win the ACC Championship! what a great Christmas gift!), Family Christmas Celebration at Fay Towers Seniors' Home in Gilpin Court (Steve's parents came along to serve with us), Richmond Tacky Lights Tour, WEPC Christmas Dinner and Youth Christmas Party, and many more! It's been very fun to go to parties and participate in gift exchanges, but we've also loved just being home :) Here's a glimpse into our cozy little home on Morningside Drive at Christmas time...
